Any estimate, budget range or proposal we provide is based on the information available to us at the time and on conditions we can observe. Estimates are valid for the period stated on the document and are subject to change where scope changes, where hidden conditions are uncovered, or where material or labor costs move materially before a contract is executed.

Allowances included in an estimate represent a budgeted amount for selections not yet finalized. Final cost for those items depends on the selections you make.

4. Construction agreements

All construction work is performed under a separate written agreement covering scope, price, payment schedule, allowances, schedule, change order procedure, warranty and dispute resolution. Where anything in these website terms conflicts with a signed construction agreement, the construction agreement governs.

5. Your submissions

When you send us drawings, surveys, photographs or descriptions, you confirm that you have the right to share them and that doing so does not breach anyone else's rights. We use submitted material only to evaluate, price and perform your project. Please do not send confidential material you do not wish us to hold.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use this site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or any connected system
• Introduce malicious code or attempt to disrupt the site
• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content without written permission
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through our forms

7. Intellectual property

Current certificates are provided with every construction agreement and are available on request beforehand. Scopes requiring a specialty license are performed by appropriately licensed trade partners.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

14. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The current version is always the one posted on this page, with the date shown at the top. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
