What we build

One contractor for the whole build

Residential or commercial, new construction or a gut renovation, the work runs through the same field team, the same estimator and the same schedule. That is the reason our jobs finish when we say they will.

Custom home construction

Ground up residences built to your architect's drawings or ours, from foundation and block through impact glass, trim and landscape.

  • Site prep, fill and foundation
  • Block, framing and truss systems
  • Impact windows and roofing
  • Full interior finish and millwork

Offices and light commercial

Medical suites, professional offices, retail bays and warehouse conversions, delivered as a turnkey shell or a finished tenant space.

  • Tenant improvement and build out
  • ADA and life safety compliance
  • Mechanical, electrical and plumbing
  • Occupancy and inspection sign off

Renovations and remodels

Kitchens, primary suites, whole house remodels and hurricane hardening, planned so you can keep living in the house where that is possible.

  • Kitchen and bath renovation
  • Structural wall removal
  • Roof and envelope upgrades
  • Impact door and window swaps

Additions and second stories

More room without moving. We tie new structure into the existing building so the addition reads as part of the original house.

  • Room and suite additions
  • Second story expansions
  • Garage and ADU conversions
  • Covered patios and outdoor kitchens

Design and permitting

Architectural coordination, engineering, HOA submittals and county permit filing, handled before a single crew is scheduled.

  • Architectural and structural drawings
  • Broward and Palm Beach permit filing
  • HOA and ARB submittals
  • Survey and zoning review

Construction management

Already have drawings and trades? We run the schedule, the budget and the inspections as your owner's representative on site.

  • Bid leveling and trade selection
  • Schedule and critical path control
  • Budget tracking and draw review
  • Punch list and closeout

Why Building 195

Built for the climate we build in

South Florida is not a forgiving place to put up a building. Salt air, saturated soil, summer storms and a building code written after the worst of them. Every wall we frame, every strap we set and every window we install is detailed for wind load first and appearance second, and then we make it look right anyway.

That discipline is also why our schedules hold. We pull permits before we mobilize, we buy long lead materials at contract signing, and we do not start a phase we cannot finish. Clients hear from us weekly whether the news is good or not.

  • Licensed, bonded and fully insured in the State of Florida
  • In house field crews for framing, concrete and finish carpentry
  • Trade partners we have used for more than a decade
  • Fixed price contracts with documented allowances
  • One year workmanship warranty with a written response window

How a project runs

Five phases, and you always know which one you are in

Most construction anxiety comes from not knowing what happens next. Here is the whole sequence, published up front and repeated on every job we take.

01

Site walk and feasibility

We meet you at the property, look at what is actually there, and tell you honestly what the lot, the code and the budget will allow. This visit is free and carries no obligation.

02

Design, engineering and estimate

Drawings get finalized with your architect or ours, engineering is stamped, and we return a line item estimate with real allowances rather than round numbers.

03

Permitting and preconstruction

We file with the county or city, clear HOA review, lock in the schedule and order long lead items such as impact glass, trusses and cabinetry.

04

Construction

Crews mobilize, inspections are scheduled ahead of each milestone, and you receive photos, a schedule position and a budget status every Friday.

05

Closeout and warranty

Punch list, final inspection, certificate of occupancy, then a complete handover package with warranties, manuals and as built drawings. We return at eleven months to check the work.

Client feedback

What owners say when the dust settles

They gave us a completion date in February and handed us keys two days early. After hearing horror stories from every neighbor who built out here, that alone was worth the contract.

Marissa R.New residence, Parkland

Our dental suite had to open on a fixed lease date. Building 195 ran the permit and inspection calendar so tightly that we never lost a week. The Friday reports were never spin.

Dr. Daniel K.Medical office build out, Coral Springs

We found rotted structure behind the old wall. They stopped, photographed it, priced the repair the same day and kept going. No drama and no padded change order.

Alan and Theresa V.Whole home renovation, Boca Raton

Tell us about the building you have in mind

Send us the lot, the drawings or just the idea. We will walk the site, tell you what it takes to build it here, and put a real number on it.
